Terms of service
These terms provide a simple overview of how Neonix Security engagements are run. Final contractual terms will be defined in a statement of work (SOW) or master services agreement (MSA).
Scope and deliverables
- Services, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders are defined in the SOW/MSA.
- Changes to scope require written agreement to adjust effort, cost, or timing.
Confidentiality and data handling
- Both parties will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement.
- Operational data and artefacts are handled per the privacy notice and the SOW/MSA.
Security and safety
- Testing follows agreed rules of engagement and change windows to avoid disruption.
- We will pause or adjust activity if risk to production stability is identified.
Liability
- Liability is limited and mutually agreed in the SOW/MSA. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
- Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are governed by the laws of Australia.
